How do Seller Ratings work?
A Seller Rating is a 1 to 5-star rating that is displayed next to the seller's name on Sell Yours listings.
When a seller fulfils an order, they must click the 'Sent' button on their Sold Items page to confirm that the item has been sent. The rating is based on the number of items that a seller has successfully confirmed as sent.
For example, if a seller ships 5 out of 5 orders, they will have a 5-star rating. If only 1 our of 5 orders are fulfilled, they will be given a 1-star rating.
If the seller has not sold any items, the message "No Rating Available" will be displayed.
If your seller rating falls below 3.5 stars, then we will disable your listings and you will not be able to sell.
