Can I send a gift voucher?

Yes. There are two kinds of gift voucher available. You can choose to send a Paper gift voucher by courier or alternatively, you can send an email gift voucher directly to the recipient.

For Paper Gift Vouchers

The voucher and message will be printed onto a gift card and sent in the mail to the recipient. Please allow 3-5 working days for the voucher to arrive. You can choose a fixed value gift voucher.

For Email Gift Vouchers

The voucher will be sent directly to the recipient's email address.

All Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers can be redeemed on any products on Fishpond.co.nz including over one million books, CDs and DVDs.

Any left-over balance can be used on the recipients next order. If the items they would like are more than the gift voucher value, the recipient can pay the balance by credit card or bank transfer.

Once the gift voucher has been dispatched, the sender will be emailed a confirmation.

Please note that gift vouchers will only be dispatched after payment has been received. If you would like the voucher to be delivered as soon as possible, it is best to purchase using a credit card.

Note: Gift vouchers expire two years from the date they were issued and can only be redeemed on the site they were purchased through.
