Why isn't GST included in the price for Schools?

Normal accounts on Fishpond.co.nz have prices displayed including GST. However, when logged in with a school enabled account, the price will be displayed excluding GST. Since schools in New Zealand are reimbursed for the GST they pay, this reflects the true price that will be paid.
